How do we begin?

    First, we meet with you for a better understanding of your business. We listen to your goals and expectations. We ask questions to help you define your objectives and specifications.

What services does Global Partners provide?

How does Global Partners charge for their services?

    We charge a management fee for services rendered. This fee is figured once the services required are identified. The level of expertise and amount of time required to plan, coordinate and execute the conference are considered however, special situations warrant special considerations.

Why should we use an outside consultant? Won't it cost more money?

    Your organization can attain substantial benefits from the experience and training of a Meeting Professional. Everything from a small in-house seminar to a large convention has certain elements that determine its success or failure. By removing this burden from your people, it allows them to focus on their core business. Another factor is our keen ability to negotiate certain items, look out for unnecessary charges, manage contract terms and conditions to keep room attrition at a minimum and more.

Do you have any knowledge or experience with a particular hotel or destination?

    If we haven't been there, we will travel to the destination and meet with all necessary suppliers before our final recommendation.

Who do we contact about our airline travel requirements?

    Generally, you should make your airline travel arrangements with your corporate approved travel agent. If you don't have one, we will be happy for you to work with our associate supplier, Classic Travel.

Who arranges our airport / hotel transportation?

    In most cases, we do! One of our services is making these arrangements based on the flight itinerary provided on the registration form.

Will we receive a confirmation number for our hotel reservation?

    If you are part of a group meeting or incentive, receipt of your registration is your guarantee. However, if you wish to have the specific guarantee number, we can provide you with one once the rooming list is submitted to the hotel and they have entered all data.
